An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by GPAOLA. Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may be changed at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when required, will be calculated during checkout.

7. Returns & Online Store Credit

All sales are final. Eligible returns may receive GPAOLA Online Store Credit within 10 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale, except where required by applicable law.

Every GPAOLA piece is an authentic creation of GPAOLA LUXURY BRAND. Where applicable, pieces are accompanied by their corresponding authenticity documentation.
